If we so much as suspect that drugs are on the property or if there is any smoking on the property, then the rental agreement will be voided with no refund AND you will be charged an additional $100 fee! 4. No guests are allowed at the home who are not on the guest count. If family or friends that are not on the guest count will visit you on site, even for a brief time, they must be added to the guest count. If this is an event every guest that will be on the property will have to be included in the guest count. There is an extra $20 per person charge for those who are not on the guest count and must be paid prior to entry into the property. 5. Due to COVID – added measures to increase safety includes draining and cleaning after each guest. The process takes 3 hours to drain, clean, and refill. The housekeeper charges $20 an hour and the filter are $20. No money is gained from the hot tub fee. Taking all of that into consideration, if you choose to use the hot tub, there is an additional $80 hot tub fee I need to collect prior to arrival. This fee is not included in the rental rate you initially book on Airbnb! I also need 24 hours’ notice to drain, sanitize, refill, and heat the hot tub. 6. The pool is a private membership only that requires non-member guests to pay $20 extra per person per day. I must be there to sign you in, and I need to have 24 hours’ notice. COVID may restrict guest access. 7. No parties and no loud music. If we have to call the police you will be charged $150 fee for the inconvenience it brings to us and your rental agreement will be terminated with no refund. Smoke outside of the home and away from doors and windows or in your car so that it does not travel inside the home. If the home smells of smoke you will be charged an additional $100 fee! 8. Please clean up after yourselves daily so ants do not attack. 9. If you use the grill you must clean it and the tools you use with it afterwards or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee! 10. If you break, damage, or stain anything let me know immediately. Failing to let me know will result in being fully charged for that item. 11. Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. If you are loud and or if neighbors complain you will be asked to leave with no refund 12. If this is for an event we must know the type of event and approve it prior to booking. 13. The house is just blocks away from downtown Kernersville and is centrally located about 20 minutes from Winston Salem, Greensboro and High Point. Belews Creek is only 15 minutes north. Brenner Children's Hospital, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Hello, Ask me about longer stays. This house is cheerful and clean. All the beds have memory foam mattresses that are encased in zippered covers. All of the pillows also have zippered encasements. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, bowls, utensils, silverware, toaster, wine glasses, glasses, toaster, microwave, electric stove, fridge etc. There is a train that runs near the house about twice a day. Except for that noise the house is very quiet.

Cozy 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with private patio and washer/dryer. Located in a friendly, safe neighborhood that’s close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and the airport. There is a nearby walking trail and a community swimming pool that's open currently until Oct. 15th. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed. This is my primary residence, so there will be food items in the fridge, some clothes in the closets, etc. But I leave space for you in the dressers and closets.

People from all backgrounds are welcomed in my quite & friendly home! This private home is located in a great Winston Salem neighborhood. It is professionally decorated with an modern touch. From the covered front porch, you will walk into the spacious living room and around to the dining area which opens to the kitchen. The dining room boast a nice 4 top table and access to the deck through the french doors. The kitchen includes all new appliances, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a center island. It also has a 2 sit breakfast table. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all utensils available as well. There is a array of seasonings and herbs in the pantry. Please note there is a half bath on the bottom level not pictured. The master bedroom includes a pillow top Queen size bed, smart television, in suite bathroom with walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed/tv with a slightly firmer mattress and also has a closet. The 3rd bedroom includes an Ultra Plush Inflatable Pillow Top Bed Air Mattress with Headboard, Built-in Internal Electric Pump. We provide 100% Egyptian cotton sheets for every bed. The TVs include a digital antenna which provide local channels. There is also a firestick in the home. The smart TV in the master BR allows access to HULU and NETFLIX. There is a total of 3 TVs in the home. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, detergent and a door that may be closed to minimize noise. There is also a deck attached to the back of the home for a quite space to read and relax. Sorry no garage access but there is plenty of free parking in the driveway. My space is very safe. There are cameras at the front and back doors for our safety. Retired police officer and preacher & wife are my neighbors to the left and right. Please respect the neighbors.
